From our headquarters at the Mustang Waterlife Studio in Burnaby, BC, you will be responsible for managing a technical team that is responsible for rapid response projects, product testing and product support. Here’s what it’s all about:
If you are an experienced team leader and can accomplish the above, you've got what it takes! Realistically you will have a degree in Engineering or related area (or equivalent experience) supplemented by 10 years of progressive engineering and demonstrated project management experience across different functional teams to bring products to the customer/market on time. Specific industry knowledge or background in a technical soft goods product development process is strongly preferred. Manufacturing experience is an asset. And don't worry, we'll make sure to help you learn everything you need to know about what makes us unique
Why Mustang Survival?
Mustang Survival offers a competitive salary and benefits package, a great working environment, as well as opportunity for personal and professional growth through an engaged workplace that stays connected to each other and the business. We’re a cool culture that enjoys staff waterlife events like rowing outings, or supporting staff to pull on our products and explore the many local waterways. We’re proud to be an ambassador for Mustang when on the water as brand champions. Lifestyle lunch and learns, a healthy snack program - but also birthday cakes(!), supportive desk mates, golf and ping pong tournaments are just part of the everyday of being a Mustanger.
In 2013, Mustang Survival joined forces with The Safariland Group.
